My friends and I forgot our cameras on Saturday, otherwise I'd have pictures of the baseball game we went to. We had fun, even though our team lost.

I'm getting excited about work. Erika's got some new binders coming in soon that I'll have to keep in line.

And to the person who asked earlier, I am single. I haven't found a companion yet. :(

I'm so excited, my darling readers. I'm going a baseball game tonight with some of my friends! They're picking me up at work (yes, I work on the weekends), and we're going out to eat and then to the game. Go SwampDogs!

Well, the good news is I got a job! That's me at my job. I work at a nice library with some very nice librarians--I hang out on Erika's desk keeping the other Binders (no relation) in line. The bad news is thanks to my job and my new friends I'm totally busy all the time. I barely have time to breathe! When I'm not busy working or hanging out with my friends, I just like to sit at home and relax and not really do anything. I usually turn my TV on, but I zone out and it's just background noise.

I've discovered a new hobby--geocaching. It's totally awesome! I hope to have some pictures up soon of me out on the hunt!

Even though I want to make it to Broadway, I don't know if I can leave Fayetteville just yet. It's growing on me.

And that, dear readers, is what's been going on with me lately--busy busy busy!

Sorry it's been so long since I've posted, folks! Lots of stuff has been happening for me. I just wanted to post a quick note to let you know that I haven't forgotten you or fallen off the planet. I'm at work right now, but I'll post an update on the life of Irwin later today or tomorrow.

People have been asking me if I was going to put up a picture of myself. Before my job interview at the library, I had some extra time and went to this lovely little coffee house called Rude Awakenings. I was lucky enough to have a nice lady take my picture for me while I was enjoying an iced latte. I'm kind of tired right now, so I'll post more tomorrow about my job interview. I'm keeping my fingers crossed--I think the interview went really really well!

A quick hello!

Hi, and thanks for checking out my blog! My name is Irwin J. Binder. As you can see in my "about me" I grew up on the family farm, but I dream of one day being a star on Broadway. When I was a junior in high school, as a lark, my friends and I decided to audition for the school play. To my surprise, I was cast! I played Third Binder From the Right in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. That was when the acting bug bit me, so I'm going to try to make my way to Broadway, with a few stops in between, of course.

Right now I'm in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This was the first big city to stop in, so I decided to stay a while. I'm trying to get a job here so I can stay and maybe be in a performance or two at the local theatre. I've got a job interview at the library today, so hopefully I'll have a job soon!
